Celebration at Wishmaker ball with Wish kids in attendance

More than 1,000 community leaders, philanthropists, corporate partners, wish families and supporters gathered at Waldorf Astoria Orlando on May 30 for an unforgettable evening of inspiration, generosity and celebration at the 32nd Annual Fields BMW Wishmakers Ball presented by Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, with special thanks to Impact Sponsor VoLo Foundation.

Together, our community raised a record-breaking $1.85 million to help grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses across Central and Northern Florida.

An Evening That Changes Lives

From the moment guests arrived, the ballroom was filled with excitement and purpose. Attendees enjoyed a lively cocktail reception, bid on exclusive silent auction packages, and came together for an inspiring program highlighting the power of a wish.

The evening featured moving wish stories, a spirited live auction, and a heartfelt wish auction that demonstrated the incredible generosity of our community. Guests later celebrated the night’s success at the after-party, sponsored by the Stan and Naomi Loomis Foundation.

Every dollar raised will stay right here in Central and Northern Florida, helping grant wishes that bring hope, strength and joy to local children and their families.

Celebrating the Power of a Wish

Throughout the evening, guests heard from several remarkable wish children whose stories reminded everyone why wishes matter.

Among them was Andy, a determined 13-year-old with cancer whose wish to attend a Formula 1 race became our chapter’s historic 8,000th wish granted. Guests also learned about Jase’s unforgettable wish to meet Trevor Lawrence, Beckett’s magical Home Alone-inspired experience in New York City, and Charlotte’s dream Disney Cruise adventure.

The evening also celebrated wish alumni who shared how their wishes continue to impact their lives long after the wish experience ends. A particularly memorable moment came when 12-year-old Nolan received a surprise wish reveal on stage that he would be meeting Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback, Trevor Lawrence.

Thank You for Making Wishes Come True

The 32nd Annual Fields BMW Wishmakers Ball was more than a gala—it was a powerful reminder of what is possible when a community comes together for wish children.

To everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, volunteered, bid, shared a story or supported our mission: thank you. Because of you, more children facing critical illnesses will experience the hope, strength and joy that a wish can provide.

And the celebration continues. Mark your calendars now for the 33rd Annual Fields BMW Wishmakers Ball on May 1, 2027. We look forward to coming together once again to transform lives, create hope and make even more wishes come true.
